427384 - Theme glitches with non-matching "text shadow" in tab bar

When using the default theme on mac OS X, text on tabs seems to have a "white shadow" under it. However, it seems like the font used for the shadow does not match the font used for the actual text and so it appears totally messed up.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox
2. Open tabs
Actual Results:  
Tabs look is wrong

I don't see this with a stock install of today's nightly. Marianne, do you have any tab-related add-ons installed or have you made any user chrome tweaks?

I have no plugins and the stock theme.
However I noticed deleting the data files fixes these issues. I'm not sure if you can have any interest in them (since people will likely upgrade from Firefox 2) or if I should just erase them and forget about my settings

Marianne, one of those 'data files' is causing this problem and it would be great to know which one in case this turns out to be more widespread than it currently appears.  Would you be willing to selectively rename (just append a .bak or something like that) files in your profile to see if you can narrow down which one is causing the problem?

Okay. It turned out I had a Chrome directory inside my user profile. I really wonder what it is doing there; I can only guess some extension I don't even have anymore modified it since I never played with that
