Bug 347499 removed the link from the throbber, but left the default preference editor.throbber.url, causing a message in the Error Console when you open the Config Editor.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Error Console
2. Open the Config Editor

In Thunderbird 2 there are three of these preferences. In Thunderbird 3 only this one remains.

So that's why that message shows up occasionally!

I'd consider adding a comment about why it's there though, so it won't get removed by mistake. (On the other had, we have cvs blame so...)
