Any time FF take 50% CPU using. And work very slowly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open any (10-15) tabs with graphics, flash...
2. Throw any time FF take 50% CPU
3.

This is somewhat lacking in information (flash version, etc), and almost 2 years old, so closing incomplete.  Indeed many flash problems are gone in newer versions. If you still see the problem in version 3.5 or higher, with latest version of flash, please reopen the bug.
