If I click on a local html file in my OS to open it in Firefox and the add-on update window appears, Firefox loads my homepage instead of the local html file.

I noticed this on 3b5 but don't know if it also occurs in previous versions.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Firefox is not open
2. click on a local html file
3. extension/theme update window appears
4. install updates and continue
Actual Results:  
Homepage opens in Firefox

Expected Results:  
Local html file opens in Firefox

This may not only be a problem with local files.  I imagine this issue may also occur when clicking on a web link in another application.
