On the language tools page ( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:3 ) we have a bunch of links to "Install Dictionary" and "Install Language Pack". Instead of directly installing, those should like to the appropriate detail pages so people can see descriptions and quality of add-ons.

Please note that the "Install" vs. "Download" wording stays intact, but I think that's appropriate considering that's what you'll be doing when visiting the details page. I don't think we need an l10n change there, or do we?
