when I open an email in gmail the back button doesn't work to return to the menu.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to gmail account
2.open email
3.use back button on toolbar to return to inbox
Actual Results:  
back button doesn't work

Expected Results:  
should return to inbox

this happens to me 9 out of 10 times
