Went to hotmail, went to mark multiple messages as read by right clicking. Couldnt. I noticed it was using the "light" version, went to the version with the right click etc.
It gave the error:
"You are temporarily on the classic version of Windows Live Hotmail due to an error encountered during login. Before trying again, please clear your cache and cookies."
Cleared it using clear private data
still problem exists

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to URL given above, either logged in or out. Problem still occours

Got the same eror

Expected Results:  
Went to the version with right click etc

I can confirm this bug.  I get exactly the same message, then Windows live does not load and hotmail only loads in the classic format.  If I switch to FF 2 or IE there is no problem.  Reproducible: Always

This is confirmed, and has been the case from beta 1 of FF3.

I am currently using FF3 RC1. I am having this problem on multiple machines. I have tried clearing my cookies and cache, however the problem persists.
