Steps to Reproduce:
1.just dowload something it make's no diverence what you dowload
2.The download starts anyway and in good order.
3.There is no dowloader attacht to this version of Seamonkey.

There seems to be no downloadmanager present but there is stil something what manages the download.

I am use CS version and he is view error same. en-US build it is OK.

Arend: Does this also happen with a en-US build?

Unfortunately, we don't yet provide source l10n for the downloadmanager. Which does mean that trunk builds for non-en-US will be broken when opening the download manager.

Bug 381157 when fixed will provide that ability.
