Firefox automatically reverted to a previous website after I scrolled down quickly through a media-heavy (lots of pictures) wikipedia page. I was able to use the forward key to go to my intended site but my dock magnification then was shut off although I saw that the magnification was still turned on under my system preferences. Toggling the button did not have an effect. My dock reverted back to normal after I restarted my system.

The Dock is part of Mac OS X. I wouldn't expect a Firefox bug to affect it. Are you sure Firefox triggered this Dock behavior?
