So far we want to change the wikipedia link so it
links to mk.wikipedia and replacing topix with a local community

I contacted them, no problem there. They sent a small image that can be used for the page. 

Looking at the other links on getting-started I think that craigslist, and especially yelp, are of no relevance for Macedonia. But I can't think of anything to propose for replacement.
