User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.13) Gecko/20080313 SeaMonkey/1.1.9
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.13) Gecko/20080313 SeaMonkey/1.1.9

In the former Mozilla Suite when you installed it Mozilla was listed as an available HTML Editor for Windows Internet Options. If you set it as your default editor there when you right clicked a .html or .htm file in Explorer (not IE) and selected edit it would open in Composer.

SeaMonkey doesn't do this anymore and it was very handy.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start [Settings]
2. Control Panel
3. Internet Options
4. Programs tab
5. notice drop down for "HTML editors" doesn't list SeaMonkey or Composer.
Actual Results:
SeaMonkey or Composer is not listed as an option to be made the default HTML editor for Windows.

Expected Results:
SeaMonkey or Composer should be listed as an option to be made the default HTML editor for Windows.

URL is a print screen of the Internet Options box not showing SeaMonkey or Composer as an available HTML Editor for Windows. This was so with SeaMonkey 1.1.7 and still so after upgrading to 1.1.9 on Windows XP SP2.
