Need to finish new Manage Add-on Authors page with the following new features:
- Option to specify whether a developer shows up in the public listings
- 3 author roles: Owner, Developer, and Viewer
- Ability to specify order of authors (bug 291629)

This bug has been fixed on the AMO 3.5 Developer Tools revamp branch and will go live when 3.5 is launched (date not currently set).
