Details
Right now, the support URL is shown on top of the reviews. It is very useful to explain what the review is about and to point users to the official support page/email address. Problem is, users leaving a review for the extension will use the review form which is much further up on the page - and they won't see that text at all. Users *reading* reviews on the other hand aren't necessarily going to review themselves. This text belongs somewhere in the area of the review form.
This is somewhat related to bug 425510.

This bug should be handled by bug 430877 which is just a spinoff of bug 425510 for this issue.
Probably should close this one as a dupe.
