Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.5; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008040904 Minefield/3.0pre
Cmd+c, Cmd+v, Cmd+t, Cmd+w keyboard shortcuts don't work with non en-us input locale
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Switch OS input method to non-us-english (russian in my case)
2. Select any text in Firefox
3. Press Cmd+c to copy
4. Place cursor in any textfield
5. Press Cmd+v
6. Press Cmd+n
7. Open at least one firefox browser window/tab and focus it.
8. Press Cmd+w
Actual Results:
1 - 5. Nothing is pasted into textfield.
6. No new window is created.
7. The focused window doesn't close.
Expected Results:
1-5. The text selected and copied on steps 2-3 should be pasted
6. A new browser window should be created
7. The focused window or tab should close
Seems to have been broken for 3-4 nightly builds before today.

There are a bunch of bugs that need to be marked duplicates of this about Thai and Russian, likely more. It seems there was a fix to something else and this triggered a major localization problem. I think this should be raised to critical as data loss: the system gets the data but Firefox loses it.

Probably a duplicate of bug 427995.
