428417 - Print Selection on oxid-esales.com has content shifted upwards

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load URL ( http://www.oxid-esales.com/de/documentation_files/Template_documentation_30_English/index.html )

2. Select the "Shop templates" text and the table below it.

3. Print selection

ACTUAL OUTPUT:
  The page content is generally shifted too far upwards.  (See attached PDF) In particular:
 - The "Shop templates" cell is shifted off the top of the page
 - The table headers are mostly shifted off the top of the page
 - The printed-page header (Title & URL) is superimposed on top of the shifted page contents.  It also seems to think it's got more horizontal space than it actually has, as the beginning and end of it are cut off.

I discovered this bug in bug 402264 comment 39.

EXPECTED OUTPUT:
  Content should be visible & not shifted off the page. :)

FF2 shows expected output. --> this is a regression wrt FF2.

I'm pretty sure this is due to the print-scaling issue described in bug 430150.

The fix for Bug 430150 (dupe of this bug) just landed, so this bug should now be fixed.
