It will be rendered twice. Use IE 7 and it is rendered once. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. use the 20080410 firefox 3 (still in beta) build to visit the URL 2. watch the page load, it looks like rendered twice 3. do the same with IE 7. It looks like rendered once.
Works for me, Firefox 2008041104 on Linux. Does the problem occur also in Firefox Safe Mode? http://kb.mozillazine.org/Safe_Mode
I tested it again on builds 20080409 and 20080411 (but on another machine) and both failed to reproduce the abnormally. So I'd cancel the bug for now.
