Steps to reproduce:
1. Run netscp6 -profilemanager to create/migrate a profile
2. note button to launch is 'Start Mozilla' as in mozilla builds

Should be [Start Netscape 6] or something similar?

resummarizing to cover all such bugs in the profile manager (there are about 
2-3)... so I can close 32394, which is well and truly fixed but has been morphed 
into a bug like this one.
