There are web pages with text that is hard to read because it's grey text on a grey background or because there's a background image. I'd like to be able to click a button and zap all text on the page to black on white.

There is already a related usability feature: a menu item to make the text bigger.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.ted.com/index.php/talks/view/id/228
2. Try to read the comments.
Actual Results:
It's difficult

Expected Results:
Click the toolbar button to render all text as black on white, so readability is maximized over artsiness.
Yes, good idea. Some people make mismatch in colors and I think it should render imagen in B&W too.

Very occasionally, once in about a year, I see a site with a bad combination like black text on a dark green background. In that case I use a bookmarklet if the site is interesting enough to do the effort.

I think this is not a common enough use case to address it in Firefox. Add-ons/bookmarklets should have this covered, though!
