Password manager dialog is not wide enough for localization

The password manager dialog is not wide enough for localized text and it seems
there is no way for localizers to change the size of that dialog.
Belarusian localization:

Dutch localization:
http://l10n.mozilla.org/~axel/screens/nl/prefs_paneSecurity_showPasswords_mac.png
Localizers should have possibility to change the default dialog size.

You can change it through intl.css, see http://mxr.mozilla.org/l10n-mozilla1.9.1/source/ru/toolkit/chrome/global/intl.css for example.

changing it through intl.css is a awkward hack, we should get this fixed for 1.9.2.

I don't think this still true.
Are we aware of any localized issues in this area in the last several years?
