I'm using RegisterStateListener in my extension, and it seems not to work reliably, that is, in some cases the listener's methods get triggered, but usually they don't. I can't figure out exactly in which cases the methods (specifically, NotifyComposeBodyReady) are triggered and in which cases they aren't.
