429059 - Support email address can be scraped by a spambot

When AMO displays email addresses for user pages, e.g.

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/users/info/63

in the HTML source, we obfuscate the email address. The same thing should happen with the new support email address field.

That's an issue we shouldn't keep unfixed until all support emails have made it into the usual spam channels, so I am picking this up right now.

Attachment: use email antispam code on support email address

This patch replaces the plain mailto: link by our email address link helper function that makes use of javascript (noscript-safe). (The new code is also a little less trigger happy on the tab key).
