STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
===================

- login to the calendar express web frontend of your WCAP calendar 
- create an event, occurs daily with 'No end date'
- start day should be April 15th
- check the month view in June
- the rule ends at the 13th (caused by 'Create a maximum of 60 instances)
- check the month/multiweek view in thunderbird

RESULT:
=======

- the occurrence does no ends at June 13th (occurrence ends at the last displayed day in the month view, July 5th 

EXPECTED RESULT:
================

- in lightning the end date of the rule should be also the 13th of June
