about:robots images should have a Tango style, the images are:

aboutRobots-widget-right.png

And the favicon used.

Those aren't icons per se. No need to have them comply with the Tango guidelines.
This was a one-off page for fun, and isn't intended to be styled. [Really, more generally, it shouldn't be cause of more workload for anyone.]
