After closing and reloading TB to my profile, TB shows none of accounts and shows the account creator dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Close TB
2. Click the TB Icon
3. Choose Profile
4. Opens and shows none of accounts and shows the account creator dialog
Actual Results:  
Opens and shows none of accounts and shows the account creator dialog

Expected Results:  
Loaded all of my accounts that previously were entered to TB

How many profiles are listed? All are profile you created intentionally?

Does it occur on any profile listed at step 3?

First, keep backup of Tb's profile directories.
(%APPDATA%Thunderbird. Execute DIR %APPDATA%\Thunderbird at command prompt)
Tb's profile directory is following.
> %APPDATA%Thunderbird\Profiles\<random_string>.<profile_name>.
Check prefs.js content in all profile directories. Corruption is seen?
2 Profiles are listed. Yep, they are intentional.

It only occurs on the second profile.

Yep, There is a corruption.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
