While viewing a streaming video broadcast and switching to another session of the browser (thus the session window with the streaming video goes to the background)- the broadcast stops running- that is gets stuck.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce: various tabs in the same browser window- one of them with the link above. a few other browser windows.
3.go back to the browser window with the tab of my link.
4.wait abit for the video to load (at least until you can roll the first 12 min of the video.
5.leave the video to play at around the 10th minute.
6.switch to another window of mozilla- as to make the video run in a session which is in the background.
Actual Results:
The video gets stuck on it's current position or keeps on playing not smoothly.

Expected Results:
Normal playback also when the session window is in the background.
