Smoke test, E-3, on Mozilla Composer (Editor) for checking the
SpellChecker feature.  SpellChecker icon either hidden or difficult
to locate for first-time user.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Open session of Mozilla
2.  Click on QA drop down menu, go to Smoke Test. 
3.  Go to Smoke Test for Composer (Editor) (No. 4).
4.  Open up session of Composer
5.  Enter garbage text.
6.  Look for SpellChecker icon.  Whoops...Where is it????

Actual Results:  Difficult to locate SpellChecker icon.

Possibly a RFE.

Expected Results:  SpellChecker icon should be put on the same row with Bold, 
Italicize, Underline, etc. icons.  Or locate as button in body of the text 
screen.  First time user of the Mozilla Composer (Editor) unable to locate this 
icon.

the location of the spell check icon is the same as it was in 4.x, it is a 
global action, as many other items in that particular toolbar. The lower toolbar 
is for formatting funcitons
