In mentioned page, usually happens with the CC: field Using linux/2000061708, happened lots of times with earlier builds too
This is a duplicate of bug 42178; someone else with more permissions that I should mark it as such.
When I read this bug's summary, I had the same thought. Marking dup. Both bugs are about duplicated values in the cc field of bugzilla bugs. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 42178 ***
