[MLK] Shutdown Webshell leak when clicking in text inputs

A webshell is leaked in mozilla when:
- a text input is clicked on
- the 'quit' menu item is selected
Notice this only happens if 'quit' is selected, and not if the window manager
provided exit button is pushed. This is more of an irritation for people
attempting to recreate leaks with test cases since a webshell leak adds so much
noise to the bloat logs.

Adding MLK to the list of key words. BTW, I wasn't really sure what component
to associate the report with. (I'm sure browser-general isn't the best choice.)
