Sunbird does not appropriately register as a calendar application with Windows during installation. That is, it does not write the required registry keys/values
to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Clients (resp. HKCU\Software\Clients) during installation as e. g. Thunderbird or Microsoft Outlook does. Therefore, you cannot select Sunbird as your preferred default calendar application (via the Windows Control panel/"Internet options" on the tab page "Programs").

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Sunbird
2. Attempt to select Sunbird as your preferred default calandar application via the control panel
3.
Actual Results:
Sunbird does not appear as a calendar application in the listbox of the "Calendar" combobox

Expected Results:
Sunbird should appear as a calendar application in the listbox of the "Calendar" combobox e .g. like Micosoft Outlook would do.
