I'm suggesting adding the ability to have locale packs for extensions (Like language packs for Firefox) for Firefox 4. It would be very, very nice where extension developers don't have to update and release their extensions each time another one or a few languages are translated causing all users to have to update the extension unneedingly. This should be implemented for both AMO and update.rdf that lets that users browser know that a locale pack is available for an extension that isn't already translated in their language.
