It appears when using IE. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Gmail 2. Look for Quick Contacts. Actual Results: No Quick Contacts. Expected Results: Quick Contacts are visible.

The problem is no longer happening. I suspect it having been due to transient issues on the Google side. Closing.
