Like intellitxt, ctxtad.tribalfusion.com serves JS that creates fake links and annoying css popups across the web.

(Please, someone build me a permissions prefPane so mere mortals can block these things! :P )
Done.  (The website change, that is.  Still waiting on the permissions prefPane, especially given the permissions.sqlite situation.)
