Details

When using an external branding directory (--with-branding=dir), running make distclean leads to an interesting thing: - first, files are cleaned in the branding directory, including Makefiles - distclean then reaches browser/locales/, where SUBMAKEFILES are defined, and creates the Makefiles again in the branding directory. The result is that the branding directory ends up not clean. Removing the SUBMAKEFILES definition in browser/locales/Makefile.in solved the issue. I don't get why they are needed, since configure will create them from Makefile.in anyways, like every Makefile...
