try server should let you say that you want a patch reversed

I wanted to experimentally back out a patch, and it would have been a very nice experience if I could have checked a little [X] apply with -R (reversed) box rather than pulling a tree, applying it in reverse, making sure I rediffed correctly, etc.

Now that we can point at an arbitrary repo, or push to try, this bug is pointless!
