i can't write in english because my english insn't good enough. so i will write i german.

seit firefox sixh zum letzten mal aktualisiert hat sind alle meine einträge, z.b. email-adressen in login-feldern und suchanfragen gelöscht. außerdem speichert firefox bei machen seiten die neuen eingaben auch nicht.
des weiteren erscheint wenn ich auf einer seite (welche ist egal) irgendwo hinklicke, ein curser der mich tierisch nervt. was kann ich dagegen machen? beziehungsweise gibt es eine möglichkeit firefox auf den stand vor der letzten aktualisierung zurückzusetzen?

Reporter:
Please try to locate your profile folder while Firefox is NOT running and rename the file formhistory.dat to something else (formhistory.old).
That should reset the formhistory and you should be able to store form values again because the file seems to be damaged for some kind.
Use http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox to find your profile folder.

I don't know what kind of cursor you mean, could you please attach a screenshot to this bug, using the "add an attachment" link.


This bug was reported on Firefox 2.x or older, which is no longer supported and will not be receiving any more updates. I strongly suggest that you update to Firefox 3.6.3 or later, update your plugins (flash, adobe, etc.), and retest in a new profile. If you still see the issue with the updated Firefox, please post here. Otherwise, please close as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME
