Tried to download bank statement from Alliance & Leicester. It would not accept the full name in the download format of either cse or excel, and it would not open. I changed to Safari and it downloaded fine right away with the full name I gave it.  Changed to Bank of Scotland and tried the same in Firefox and it worked fine

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.went back to bank account in firefox
2.again went to download in csv with same name
3.again downloaded in short name and would not open
Actual Results:  
Download would not open and could not be recognised by Filemaker which it should do and does when downloaded from other bank site or if downloaded from Alliance and Leicester site thru safari
