The row of 'tabs' linking to sub-pages is displayed on top
of the large pane, whereas it should be below.
Also, hovering over the 'tabs' does not provide
the associated text displayed.

This page is poorly rendered also in Firefox 2,
so maybe the problem is in the page itself.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://www.nymex.com/index.aspx in firefox
2. Open http://www.nymex.com/index.aspx in (e.g.) IE
3. Compare
Actual Results:  
Notice the difference in the layout.

Expected Results:  
Displayed the row below the image panel.

Still renders poorly in 
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9) Gecko/2008051206 Firefox/3.0

Possibly due to large amount of invalid css. Check

do you still see this?  can you reproduce using http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html or
nightly ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central/

works for me with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2a1pre) Gecko/20090621 Minefield/3.6a1pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)
