Details
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 6.0; en-US; rv:1.8.1.14) Gecko/20080404 Firefox/2.0.0.14 Build Identifier: Sunbird 0.8 and nightly build (Retrieved 4/23/2008) Clicking "Create new calendar" from the file menu or right-click menu in the calendar box causes the program to do nothing at all - no prompts, wizards, nothing. Same with connect to remote calendar. I have tried Sunbird 0.8 and the nightly build. I am currently running Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit. Lightning performs as expected (new calendars can be created and remote iCal connection works with no problem) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Sunbird 2. Click File -> Create New Calendar 3. Nothing happens Actual Results: Nothing at all Expected Results: New calendar wizard, remote calendar wizard, etc. Fresh download, default theme. PC is a new HP dv2845se w/ AMD Turion64 dual core 2.1GHz processor and 4GB RAM running Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit. I have not yet tried in other operating systems - if I do so, I will update.

Here are the error console entries - I clean-installed Sunbird, opened, and tried to both create a new calendar and connect to a remote calendar one time each in that order Error: Error getting calendar schema version! Sounds like Bug 428324. Try the following: Install Sunbird 0.7 and exit. Delete the file 'storage.sdb' from your Sunbird profile folder. Start Sunbird to recreate the file. Update to 0.8.
