Right now, if Firefox opens a window (for example, Downloads), and then exits, the window remains open, which is quite different from the behavior of most of the native programs for each platform (don't know about MacOS X).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Firefox.
2. Open Downloads window.
3. Exit Firefox.
Actual Results:  
Downloads window remains open.

Expected Results:  
Downloads window should close.
