Three of the mochitests hit one of the assertions added for bug 386782, including the test for that bug:

This also fires during chrome mochitests for tests

I don't see the assertion running the test for bug 386782 locally, but I do see it with the test for bug 172261.

Patch in bug 430624 will probably fix all these.
