When you open the menulist for actions the opened list will not go along with the menulist on page scroll

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Options > Applications
2. Select one item and open the actions list
3. Now scroll the page
Actual Results:
The opened list will stay at its place

Expected Results:
The list should go along attached to the menulist

I was not clear enough on the steps to reproduce this bug...

at "3." I mean "Now scroll the preferences window using the mouse wheel"

as "Expected Results" I'm not sure if "The list should go along attached to the menulist" or maybe goes away loosing focus like it does if you try to scroll the window using the scrollbar

OK. The issue here si that the steps to reproduce are a bit unclear. I chatted with the reporter on IRC and the real steps to reproduce are:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Options > Applications
2. Select one item and open the actions list
3. Now scroll the preferences popup using the mouse-wheel.

Actual Results:
The opened list will stay at its place on the screen overlaying the scrolled content.

Expected Results:
The list should either scroll along attached to the menulist or should just be closed to be consistent with the action if you scroll using the scrollbar.

Yeah that's annoying and weird, but it's far from primary UI, and I think it's far from being disruptive enough for the whole release to hold on it. Blocking-.
