430848 - back/forward drop downs don't work

When you click on the down arrow next to the forward or back arrow on the tool bar a small white rectangle shows up, but not the list of URLs. This worked fine in the previous release, but doesn't under .14. I am having this problem on 2 computers. I have no special configuration, in fact, it is as bone stock as possible, I believe.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.visit a URL
2.visit another URL
3.click on the v arrow next to the back arrow. 
Actual Results:  
No list shows up, no previous URL.
Clicking the back arrow takes you back to the previous URL

Expected Results:  
A list of previous URLs, like what it used to provide in previous versions.

This bug was reported using a version of Firefox that security and stability updates are no longer provided for.  All users are strongly encouraged to upgrade to Firefox 3 by selecting 'Check for Updates' in the Help menu or by going to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/firefox.html

If you can no longer reproduce this bug using the latest Firefox 3.0.x version, please change the status of this bug to 'RESOLVED' 'WORKSFORME'.

If you can still reproduce this bug, please provide additional details to help resolve this issue.
