Summary: open all in tabs fails when the first entry is an html page on a unmounted device → open all in tabs fails when the first entry is an html page in an unmounted device

I think this is a duplicate of Bug 356571.
Bug 390592 is almost exactly the same bug as this one and it got duped to bug 356571.
