Looking at the check-in comment, the romanian dictionary is from http://rospell.sourceforge.net/, which only mentions GPL as available license.

Sadly, that's not enough to ship the dictionary with Firefox. http://wiki.mozilla.org/L10n:Dictionaries has information on the licensing restrictions.

Until the licensing issue is resolved, we should cvs remove the dictionary.

I removed the dictionaries, changing license is in discussion right now. Keeping bug open until I have a final answer from all the authors.

We contacted all the previous authors and all agreed on changing the license of the dictionaries to the Mozilla tri-licence.

Dictionaries are on the CVS again, somebody please review the license information here http://rospell.sourceforge.net/index.html and remove the block firefox 3 and close this please.

Note that there's an editor there too that is GPL'd 2, that has no relevance here.

Thanks for the resolution here, in both ways.

I can't change the flag, but I'd say that this blocked shipping fx3 ro, but not fx3, so probably a blocking-.
