43099 - Selecting a recipient from the Address Book is not reflected in a New Mail Composition

Steps to reproduce:
-open Address Book;
-select an entry and click on the New Mail icon;
//note: the "To" filed in the New Mail window is empty
expect : to reflect address book selection

some more findings:it is not possible to invoke Address picker from this new 
mail by clicking on the Address Book icon : nothing comes up

The two problems all work on my debug build from Yesterday.  Please verify on 
today's build.  We have some problem with new tree widget landing and have 
checked in the fix yesterday.

OK using jul6 commercial buid, linux rh6.0, NT 4.0.
I can't seem to get a New Msg window to launch from Mac address book window.
Will log separate bug.

OK using jul6 commercial build mac OS 9.0.4 (Used pmock's mac to verify, still
can't get new message working on my mac from address book window.  Will
investigate, but since it works on his machine I haven't logged a bug.)
