STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. load the attached testcase
2. Print or Print Preview

ACTUAL RESULT
The horizontal blue line is rendered at y-position 0px.
The vertical blue line is missing.

EXPECTED RESULT
The blue lines should be under the lime lines, as in galley mode.

PLATFORMS AND BUILDS TESTED
Bug occurs in Firefox 2008042404 on Linux
