I'm not sure whether support for this machine is being handled by server-ops. It's a talos machine and it's been red for a while now - could we try rebooting/reinitializing it?

Marking "major" because I don't want this to page at all; there are redundant talos machines so this isn't actually keeping the tree closed by itself.

The error in the log that's causing the failure appears to be:
<p class="error">exceptions.NameError: global name 'WARNING' is not defined</p>

I've done a reboot on the machine and restarted the buildbot slave, we'll see if it comes back up clean.

I'm afraid that the 'WARNING' bug is a separate buildbot config error and not related to the error that the machine was throwing.  I'll get that fixed up elsewhere.
