Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008042606 Minefield/3.0pre When I visit a page that is detected by the phishing protection (use the test page in the url-field above), I can see the black-and-brown error page. When I try to open the source (ctrl-U), I see the same error page again, instead of the expected text. This might be or might not be on purpose, but you can't press on any of the buttons, or click on the 'ignore' link, so this view-source page is unusable. This looks similar to bug 423833. Note: I'm also seeint the following errors in the console : Error: [Exception... "'Component is not available' when calling method: [nsIHandlerService::getTypeFromExtension]" nsresult: "0x80040111 (NS_ERROR_NOT_AVAILABLE)" location: "<unknown>" data: no] Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIDOMLocation.hostname]" nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame :: about:blocked?e=phishingBlocked&u=view-source%3Ahttp%3A//www.mozilla.com/firefox/its-a-trap.html&s=blacklist&c=&d=The%20web%20site%20at%20%20has%20been%20reported%20as%20a%20web%20forgery%20designed%20to%20trick%20users%20into%20sharing%20personal%20or%20financial%20information. :: getHostString :: line 98" data: no] The first error is actually bug 428600 (and you get the same for the original phishing page too).
This is bug 273968, though for the anti-malware page (at least) we probably don't want the behavior proposed there of just showing the source, so we might want to make the page actually work correctly in a view-source context, if possible.
