Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008042705 Minefield/3.0pre ID:2008042705 using the default theme on XP When you see a page that has been intercepted by the phishing protection. If you have multiples tab open, you can see a favicon (<http://mxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/toolkit/themes/winstripe/global/icons/blacklist_favicon.png>). It has a 3D shadow and as such doesn't fit right in with the rest of tge GUI (which is flat, except for the keyhole). The Aero version is different though. It's all a matter of personal test of course, so feel free to whip me around the tree. Alex or Kevin will have the last word I guess.
You'll probably want to take a look at bug 423744. Not sure if it's a dupe, since blocked-site isn't being discussed in that bug (critical error is, but I don't think that's the same thing). I'll leave it up to you if you want to dupe or not.

Really we should be turning the whole site button red. Unfortunately that change is out of scope, and it is too late to revise such a low visibility icon.

It's only a themeing matter (the Aero icon is ok for instance).
I pulled the shadow off the icon, will get refreshed in the next drop.
