Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
Dirty pink color

Expected Results:
Should be more "orange"

In this reference picture every browser except Firefox and one case in Internet Explorer use orange color in the border. There is big shift in HSB color space from orange (39, 100%, 100%) to (39, 30%, 100%)
All browser try to adopt brightness and this looking more natural, but Firefox change saturation from 100% to 30%
